በትሕነግ ወረራ እና በተራዘመው ጦርነት የተከሰተው ውድመት፥ መፈናቀል እና አልመረጋጋት፤ በአብዛኛው ሕዝባችን በተለይም በወጣት ተማሪዎች ትልቅ ማኅበራዊ ቀውስ ይፈጠረና እየፈጠረ ያለ ክስተት ነው። በተጨማሪም ባለፈው ዓመት ሁን ተብሎ ማለፍ የሚገባቸው ተማሪወች እንዲወድቁ ስለተደረገ። ይህም በመማር ማስተማር ሒደቱ ከፍተኛ አሉታዊ ተጽዕኖ በመፍጠሩ፥ ድርጅታችን ላለፉት ሶስት ወራት እንደ አማራ ተማሪዎች ማህበር ፥ የክልሉ መምህራን የአማራ የአደጋጊዜ ስብስብ ከወንፈል ተራድኦና እንድሁም ከተለያዩ ግለሰቦች ጋር በመሆን ተማሪዎችን ለፈተና እንዲዘጋጁ ሲረዳ መቆየቱ ይታወሳል።

Having examined several accounts from IDPs who narrowly escaped massacres and other horrific crimes, along with examining reports of atrocities, we have arrived at the following key conclusions:
